1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unsatisfactory Course Experience: If a customer is dissatisfied with the course content, quality, or delivery, they may be eligible for a refund. Customers must provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for their dissatisfaction.
  • Technical Issues: In the event of persistent technical difficulties beyond our control that prevent customers from accessing the course, a refund may be granted.
  • Duplicate Orders: If a customer unintentionally places duplicate orders for the same course, we will review the request for a refund.
2. Refund Process
  • To initiate a refund request, customers must contact our customer support team within 3 days of making the purchase. Refunds will be processed based on the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund amount will be processed within 7 working days after approval of the refund request.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Downloadable course materials or resources
  • Courses already completed and accessed by the customer
  • Fees associated with certification exams, if any
4. Partial Refunds
  • In some cases, if a customer has completed a portion of the course but is unsatisfied or wishes to discontinue, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. The refund amount will be based on the portion of the course completed.
5. Course Transfer
  • If a customer wishes to switch to a different course within our Teachmytech, we offer the option to transfer their enrolment. Course transfers will be accommodated based on availability and eligibility criteria.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
  • In exceptional circumstances, such as a course cancellation by our company or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we will review refund requests separately. Customers will be informed of such situations and provided with suitable alternatives or refund options.
7. Dispute Resolution
  • In the event of any disputes regarding refund requests, both parties agree to engage in good faith discussions to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution can be reached, either party may seek appropriate legal remedies as permitted by the governing laws.
